Greek salad
Ingredients
2 ripped and firm tomatoes
1 thin cucumber (with its skin)
1 green pepper
1 medium red onion
2 tbsp fine capers
6-8 olives
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 small juicy tomato
1 tbsp oregano or thyme
salt
1 piece of feta cheese 120-150 gr.
fresh bread for serving
Choose tomatoes ripped and firm, cucumbers thin without seeds with their green skin.
Wash all the vegetables very well and drain them.
Cut the tomato into slices. Keep all the tomato juices in a bowl.
Cut the cucumber with its skin into thin slices.
Cut the pepper, clean the seeds and cut into thin slices
Cut the onion into slices and add all the vegetables to the salad bowl.
Add the olives.
Add capers.
Sprinkle with oregano and a pinch of salt and stir the vegetables to begin marinating.
In a small bowl put the juices from the tomatoes we cut, cut the juicy small tomato in half and squeeze it to get all its juices in the bowl.
Add a pinch of salt, a little oregano and the vinegar.
Mix the ingredients with a fork or a small stirring wire.
Add the olive oil and continue beating to mix the ingredients.
pour over the tomato oil vinegar sauce and mix
Put the feta in pieces on top of the salad.
Serve the salad with fresh bread.
